Bluestone Vue Nears Completion

DULUTH, Minn. – Construction is wrapping up at the Bluestone complex after starting nearly 10 years ago.

Vue at Bluestone is the last building to go up and they may have saved the best for last. In addition to the Vue living up to its name, tenants will be offered a variety of amenities including a pool.

“This is the one that we tried to really open up and focus on, and frankly let our creativity go. We’ve got big, beautiful windows, we’ve got a whole bunch of new amenities that we haven’t had in our other buildings. They’ve got an entertainment golf suite, a lot of community room a lot of club space, a lot of entertainment space, just a neat area to have a terrific unit and some great community space,” said Bluestone owner and developer Mark Lambert.

The building will be ready for move-in on August first and about 140 of the total 190 units have been leased so far. Apartments are expected to be around 1 to 2 thousand per month.
