Chicago White Sox Purchase Contract of Hermantown Native Kevin Folman

The former Duluth Husky spent the past three years with the Sioux Falls Canaries of the American Association of Professional Baseball.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Former Duluth Huskies pitcher and Hermantown native Kevin Folman has signed with the Chicago White Sox.

This is the second time the White Sox have purchased Folman’s contract, who has spent the past three years with the Sioux Falls Canaries of the American Association of Professional Baseball. Folman played at three levels of the White Sox organization in 2018 and 2019. He graduated from North Dakota State and even had a stint on the coaching staff for the UMD baseball team.
