Duluth Man Arrested for Alleged Possession of Child Pornography

DULUTH, Minn. – A 43-year-old Duluth man was arrested Friday afternoon for the alleged possession of child pornography.

According to the Duluth Police Department, Investigators from the Lake Superior Forensic Technology and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested the man around 2:45 p.m. Friday as the result of an ongoing investigation that began in April 2020.

Authorities say police received a tip last year that the 43-year-old man was in possession of child sexual abuse material.

The man was taken into custody without incident and is pending five felony counts of possession of pornographic work involving minors.
