Duluth Firefighters Rescue Dog Stuck In Culvert
DULUTH, Minn. — The Duluth Fire Department was called out to a hairy situation Thursday at the grounds of Spirit Mountain.
A dog named Roo her paw stuck in a culvert.
Multiple firefighters came to the rescue with ropes and other techniques to safely release Miss Roo!
