DULUTH, Minn.-Duluth police say a woman found burned last Thursday outside a local college’s fire training facility on Highway 23, inflicted the wounds herself. Jaclyn Arnold, 24, of Duluth, was found severely burned on 85 percent of her body, when she was found outside the facility by authorities.
