Irvin 5K Finish/Start Line To Be Slightly Narrowed During Seawall Work

DULUTH, Minn.- Meanwhile the William A. Irvin’s course will be slightly narrowed near the start and finish line this year. That’s because of the delayed seawall reconstruction project in the Minnesota Slip, which is home to the Irvin and where runners will race by on Harbor Drive.
