Historic Homes In Duluth May Be Like New Again With New Housing Program

The Duluth City Council has approved launching the program by waiving building permit fees for qualifying properties. DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Historical Society is announcing 36 recipients of 38 Minnesota Historical and Cultural Heritage Small Grants, totaling $324,149 in 22 counties.
