Toyland Express Provides for Families in Need
The Salvation Army plans to serve nearly 2,300 families during the event.
DULUTH, Minn.- The Salvation Army is helping put presents under the tree for nearly 2,300 Northland families this week. Families that are going through tough times met with the non-profit and are now welcomed to shop from the donated toys, for their children.
