The Northland will likely see the coldest conditions of the winter season Thursday evening through Saturday morning.  The lowest wind chills, ranging from -45° to -60°, will occur Thursday night and Friday morning, prompting an Extreme Cold Warning.  Air temperatures will remain below zero through the weekend for most of us.
