Holiday season is a time of cheer, but families coming together and events going on can also bring extra stress in to people’s lives.

Experts of stress management say it’s important to manage your time, and to remember that you only have so many days this holiday season.

“Be deliberate. how many things will you participate in, and what won’t you participate in and when you know ahead of time, you know what your boundaries are, and you can have less stress and less pressure,” said Pam Solberg-Tapper, a Life Coach, at Coach for Success.

Experts also say it’s important to stop comparing your holiday experience with others, and to focus on the good things around you.
