DULUTH, Minn. -

There are only a few more days until a special Saturday night boxing show at Grand Casino Hinckley.  Duluth's Ryan Watson will be in one of the featured bouts.

Watson, coming off a draw last time out, faces Lorenzo Selectmon in the co–main event.  Watson is 3–0–1 to start his pro career while Selectmon is 6–1–1.

Watson says a new workout plan from the trainers at Destination Fitness have him in the best shape of his life.

"It's basically the missing piece to my boxing game," said Watson.  "I've always had the natural talent and the skill, but this adds on extra strength, conditioning and I feel a lot stronger going in to this fight."

Also on Saturday's card, Al Sands faces Galen Brown in Sands' first fight at heavyweight.
