Sex Offender Moves to Duluth
Police want the public to know about a sex offender who is living in Duluth.
Eric Pegues, 32, recently moved to the area of 22nd Ave. West and 2nd St.
Authorities say he had sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl, including fondling and penetration, and met her in public.
