Fire at Superior Landfill
Authorities are investigating the cause of a large fire at the city landfill in Superior.
It took crews about 8-hours to extinguish the blaze, which ignited late Friday evening.
Superior Fire Department crews were able to stop the fire’s spread before it reaching the nearby wood.
It’s unknown what sparked the fire.
