Construction for New Parking Ramp Underway

If you’ve driven by Essentia Health’s Third Street building, you may have noticed a massive piece of equipment in the parking ramp.

The “muncher” is part of a $20 million construction project to replace the 34–year–old parking ramp.

When the project is finished, parking spots will increase from 400 to 480.

The new ramp should be ready next November.
