Duluth House Fire Declared Arson

A house fire in Duluth has been ruled arson, according to fire officials.

The flames broke out around 11:20 a.m. at 24th ½ East 5th Street.

One person was found in the doorway of the home and experiencing a “crisis,” according to officials.

That person was hospitalized.

None of the 20 firefighters on scene was injured.

An investigation is underway.
