If you’re looking to de-stress, look no further than The White Sheep, a new business offering holistic treatment methods to reduce stress and pain and promote healing.

The White Sheep offers essential oils, gifts, classes, and Reiki, a light non-manipulative touch that helps with pain reduction and promotes deep relaxation.

Owner Sandy Podgorak and her daughter are both nurses and had always dreamed of running a business like this.

“I believe that everybody should take a moment out of their busy lives to distress and that’s what it’s basically all about is de-stressing and relaxation,” said Podgorak.
