Duluth is moving forward with its plans for parks and recreation in 2015.

City officials held a public meeting Wednesday to talk about progress made on our city parks and public recreation spaces while highlighting what’s in the works for the St. Louis River Corridor initiative.

“We want people to get involved. We want people to come to the public meetings and give their input and help us develop these projects,” said Kathy Bergen, with the Duluth Parks and Recreation Commission.

Bergen encourages anyone with feedback on future plans to head over to the city’s Web site and click on the Parks and Rec tab.
