Duluth Bike Swap Raises Thousands

More than 600 bikes were sold at the 9th annual Bike Swap.

Event organizers said they raised more than $5,000 thousand dollars, but that’s not a final count.

All the money raised is going to the United Way of Greater Duluth.

“Turnouts been absolutely phenomenal,” Continental Ski and Bike co-owner Anne Howard said. “We have never had this many bikes and this much excitement in the past.”

Bikes not sold or claimed will be donated to Community Action Duluth.
