Summer job season is fast approaching, and Wednesday, Chipotle hosted an Interview Day for interested candidates to visit any of the 60-plus restaurants in the upper Midwest.

The burrito chain includes the entire crew in the interview process, and is looking to hire enthusiastic people who hope to become part of a team.

“We want each person to come in and have things that they’re really working for outside of work, things that they’re ambitious about, things that they’re excited to bring to our team,” said Hannah Robarge, Restauranteur at the Duluth Chipotle.

The Mexican grill will be opening a second Duluth location in 2016.
