Duluth Township Home Burned To Rubble

Nobody Injured

A Duluth Township home went up in flames Wednesday and ended in a total loss.

The call for help came in around 4:30 p.m. at 5770 Berquist Road.

One of the homeowners, Chrysa Luhrsen, 57, came home to find the house consumed with heavy smoke and flames.

Nobody was inside the home during the fire.

The cause was being investigated Wednesday night by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.

More than a dozen agencies assisted in the fire.

Nobody was injured.
