Fatal car accident near Marenisco, Michigan
27-Year-Old pronounced dead
The Gogebic County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into a rollover accident that claimed the life of a 27 year old Marenisco man early Saturday morning.
The accident was reported to authorities shortly before 2:30a.m. on M-64 approximately one mile south of Ojibway Road, south of Marenisco.
The initial investigation reveals that the victim was traveling northbound on M-64, when he lost control of his vehicle and rolled.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incident.
