Art Show Celebrates Grief Unit

Works of art, Monday, helped celebrate 30 years of the Grief Support Services unit at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Medical Center.
The artwork was created by people who have experienced life-threating illness or the death of a loved one.
“It’s difficult to find the words to express that grief. And so, through painting or drawing images such as that, can really help make sense of the experience,” explained Gina Dizon, with Essentia Health’s Grief Support Services.
