June 15 is ‘Ride to Work Day’ β a day for those who ride motorcycles and scooters to get out and cycle to work, and then around town.
The day is used to increase awareness of motorcycles as a mode of daily transportation
Those most enthusiastic about the day will tell you there are many benefits to riding a motorcycle.
“Motorcycles obviously have a social benefit that riding in a car doesn’t have,β explains Kyle Allen from Aerostich. βIt uses less resources, it’s more maneuverable, [and] it takes up less parking.”
This is the 24th Annual ‘Ride to Work Day.’
