Mexican Food On Wheels Comes to Two Harbors

'Taco Box' Hit in Community

Sorry, this video is no longer available

It’s a Mexican restaurant on wheels!

It’s called the “Taco Box.”

Susie Rosette and her husband, David, started the business to make money to help her son, Leo, who has suffered traumatic brain injuries.

Their menu consists of basic Mexican food including tacos, burritos, nachos, taco salads and more.

Rosette says the reaction from the community has been outstanding and everyone is loving their unique recipe.

“People are just loving having Mexican food in town and there’s nothing like it.  We smoke our meat so it gave it a little different flavor than what people are used to for Mexican,” said Rosette.

“Taco Box” will be open Thursday through Saturday from 11 until they run out of food!

You can find them next to Castle Danger Brewery of near the old Pizza Hut.
