Duluth Man, 20, Charged With Burglary
20-year-old Brady Couture of Duluth is charged with burglary.
Police say he broke into cars and a garage on the 2100 block of West 5th Street.
Police are crediting the arrest to the 911 caller who reported the suspicious activity.
