Meat Cutters Keep Their Cool During Heatwave

It was 90 degrees outside Thursday, but inside Old World Meats it was a cool 61.
The stark temperature difference led to customers staying in the store a little longer, according to the store’s owner, Paul Wrazidlo.
Wrazidlo says hot days are great for his company, because people often grill more.
That means his customer count and sales both jump dramatically.
Productivity in the store also goes up, as employees like to stay inside away from the uncomfortable heat, Wrazidlo said.
He says the cool temperature indoors and increased business make hot days outside great days to be a meat cutter.
