New Owners Bring Old Favorite to Two Harbors Restaurant
New Louise's Owners Bring Fresh Pasties to Menu
Sorry, this video is no longer available
Dan and Marsha Snowdon bought Louise’s Cafe in Two Harbors about two months ago, and have maintained the local favorite’s menu.
Rather than messing with a good thing, the couple, simply added their own special touches to the already established menu.
One of those touches was the addition of fresh pasties.
Dan is a native of Newcastle, England, and learned his recipe while traveling in and around Cornwall, where the Northland favorite was first created.
The Snowdon’s say the pasties have been flying out of the store so fast, customers are ordering them in advance.
Dan makes the pasties every Thursday, but customers have been placing orders on Wednesday to make sure they get their hands on the delicious creations.
