UPDATE: Authorities Identify Fatal ATV Crash Victim

Authorities say a Duluth man has died in an all-terrain vehicle rollover in northeastern Minnesota.

The victim is Daniel Freeman, 32.

The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office received a report early Sunday of an overturned ATV in the ditch with a man pinned underneath.

First responders were unable to revive the driver.

The sheriff’s office says alcohol and speed are believed to be contributing factors in the crash.
