While it’s not quite Christmastime yet, Bentleyville is already prepping for another year in Duluth.
On Saturday, Bentley Bars will go on sale at various Holiday gas stations in the Northland.
They’re only a dollar, and come with the chance to win more than a thousand prizes, including 10 Golden Tickets, that award a huge prize pack, including a two-night stay at the Edgewater Hotel in Duluth, a train ride to Bentleyville, dinner at Grandma’s, a fast pass to Santa Claus, and a peek inside the Bentleyville tree.
Other prizes include gift cards to Grandma’s, gas cards at Holiday stations, and Bentleyville sweatshirts.
It’s the third year Bentleyville has sold these candy bars, and it’s the attraction’s biggest fundraiser.
“It’s a big thing,” explained Bentleyville founder Nathan Bentley at a press conference. “We literally just placed an order for 400,000 cookies to be given out at our cookie house and ordering 10,000 pounds of hot chocolate. We just placed that order. So we’re gearing up.”
One of the Golden Tickets will award a family of four a round-trip vacation to Chicago.
