The Superior-Douglas County Chamber Restaurant Week kicked off Sunday.

Eleven restaurants are participating in the promotion that is happening for the second time this year. 

Many of the restaurants are offering special menu items for the week.

Restaurants say taking part in the event has been beneficial to their business.

Mark Casper, owner of Keyport Lounge, said that he has noticed a 30 percent increase in business just from the promotion.

Restaurant Week ends on Saturday October 24.
