DeLorean Owner Celebrates ‘Back to the Future Day’
Proud of Iconic Car Featured in Back to the Future Movies

It’s October 21, 2015 – does the date ring a bell?
It’s the date Marty McFly travels to in the movie “Back to the Future 2.”
And a DeLorean – the iconic car from the film – made a rare appearance in Superior to commemorate this day.
Chuck Androsky has owned an original DeLorean sports car since the 1980s.
He originally paid $16,000 for it, and the car only has 10,000 miles!
Even though all the parts are original, Androsky says the car is still in good shape.
“It runs good. You know, with the low miles. We run it just enough to keep everything
going good,” said Androsky.
Fun fact – in the movies, the car needs to go 88 miles per hour for time travel.
The DeLorean’s speedometer only goes up to 85.
