The party was rockin’ Thursday night at Clyde Iron for Operation Warm.
Duluth firefighters put on a special series of events all month to raise money for local children in need.
The goal is to get kids in our area brand new American-made winter jackets.
“It’s been an experience to see the community really come together and provide support either through their money or in-kind donations – people just chipping in whenever they can to lend a helping hand,” said Jon Otis, a Duluth firefighter.
Otis says 39 percent of students in the Duluth School District come from families below the poverty level.
