Subaru "Love-A-Pet" Adoption Event

The “Love–A–Pet” adoption event is going on through the weekend with different rescues bringing animals who are ready for a home.

People can come in and meet the animals and receive a discounted rate on the adoption fees. The atmosphere of the event is meant to promote adoption.

“There are a lot of people that are uncomfortable going to shelters so this is an environment that they feel a little better about coming in and adopting an animal,” said Betsy Bode, programs manager. 

For those who already have a four legged friend, you can bring them in to get a pet picture with Santa. all proceeds for the event go to the humane society.
