Downtown Shooting Suspect Pleads Guilty
It’s a guilty plea for 20-year-old Levi Miller.
Miller is the suspect accused of shooting into a crowd during bar close in downtown Duluth.
The shooting happened in September on West First Street near Lake Avenue.
Nobody was hurt.
The St. Louis County Attorney’s Office says Miller’s plea is to second-degree assault with a deadly weapon.
Sentencing is January 5.
