Chester Bowl Chalet Improvements Unveiled

Public Meeting Held for Chalet Improvements

Proposed plans for the renovation of the Chester Bowl Chalet went before the public Wednesday. The current chalet has been in use since the 1970s, and the Bowl’s programs have quickly outgrown it.

Plans for the improved chalet would provide more room, make it handicap accessible and make it more energy efficient.

“Chester Bowl has always been about community and our programs, our skiing and our summer camp really it’s more than that. It’s about people being together as a community and we want that space to reflect that,” said Dave Schaeffer of the Chester Bowl Improvement Club.
