Fourth Civil Suit against Jason McLean, Children’s Theatre Company

A fourth lawsuit was filed Tuesday against a former Minneapolis Children’s Theatre Company employee alleging sexual abuse.

The lawsuit, filed in Hennepin County District Court, names Jason McLean as the defendant.

It claims McLean sexually abused the woman in 1983 when she was a student at Children’s Theatre Company.

In addition to McLean,  other staff members have been accused of sexually abusing students as well.

John Clark Donahue and Steven Adamczak were named in recent lawsuits on behalf of former Children’s Theatre students.

This lawsuit is the fourth since December of 2015 naming McLean as a defendant.

Survivors of sexual abuse have until May 25, 2016 to file a claim under the Child Victims Act.
