Police Seek Help Locating Missing White Bear Lake Man
Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing White Bear Lake man.
20-year-old Joshua Papenheim was last seen by his roommate on the morning of February 10.
Police say his last determined location was Beaver Bay around 3:00 p.m. that same day. Authorities are asking property owner in the North Shore area to check their properties for the vehicle or signs of someone seeking shelter.
Police are concerned for Papenheim’s welfare.
Panenheim is 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds with brown eyes and blonde hair.
He may be wearing a blue Hollister jacket or brown jacket and blue jeans.
He has a scar just below his nose and above his upper lip, and a large mole on the right side of his neck.
Police say he is driving a 2013 silver Toyota Prius with California plates 7AGT653.
