Hoofed Pets Approved By Duluth City Council
The council passed a provision 7-2 Monday night to a previous amendment, making hoofed pets legal in the city of Duluth.
The council looked to other cities, such as St. Paul, for ideas on the provision.
The rules include a limit of three pets and a weight limit on those pets.
The homeowner would need to get written consent from at least 51% of his or her neighbors before getting a license, which needs to be renewed annually.
