Reward Doubles in Superior Vandalism Spree

Superior Police have doubled the reward for information leading to those responsible for a vandalism spree.

The Garrett Carr Memorial donated $1,000, bringing the reward to $2,000 in hopes of tracking down those responsible for the crime.

Police were investigating after more than 100 cars were damaged over the course of a week in early January.

Authorities say the damage is not specific to any one area of the city, making it difficult to track down a suspect.

The vandalism is happening during the overnight hours.

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the person or persons responsible for the vandalism.

They believe the suspect is using a pellet gun and driving around shooting out windows.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Superior Police Department at 715-395-7561, or the anonymous tipline at 715-395-7468.
