MN House Committee To Talk Unemployment Benefits Monday

The Minnesota Legislature could put to rest a debate over how to extend unemployment benefits for laid-off steelworkers on the state’s Iron Range.

A state House committee will take up the bill Monday morning and the full House could pass the measure Monday afternoon if party leaders can figure out how to reconcile their differences on a tax cut for businesses.
