Fairlawn Mansion Inviting Guests For ‘Ghost Tour’
Historic Mansion Opens Doors to the Other Side
The Fairlawn Mansion in Superior is embracing its supernatural side this weekend.
The famed Wisconsin mansion has been catering to history buffs for years, but when paranormal investigator Adrian Lee visited the mansion, he was ready to show guests the findings of his observations from the other side.
“This group was really professional about how they went about doing it,” said Stacie Buchanan, Museum Coordinator with Superior Public Museums. “They actually approached our board. They did a full page proposal on how they would like to come through, what types of techniques, and what equipment they’d be bringing in.”
The museum is offering a ghost tour with Adrian this Friday night at 7:30, a tour that has already sold out.
“There’s a lot of people who really enjoy this type of stuff, and so we figured if it did sell out, we’d be able to schedule more,” Buchanan said.
While the Friday evening tour is sold out, there’s another one scheduled for Saturday at the same time, 7:30pm.
And folks with the museum say they’d do a Sunday tour as well if there’s enough demand.
