FDLTCC hosts Job Fair for Law Enforcement Hopefuls

Students interested in careers in law enforcement got the chance to learn about job opportunities in the criminal justice field Wednesday in Carlton County. 

Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College held its 13th annual Law Enforcement career expo. 

More than 30 agencies from around the state were on hand to discuss current  and future job opportunities and the training needed for the positions. 

For one job seeker, it was an opportunity to network and find her dream job. 

“I’ve always wanted to help someone who could not help themselves, so for me I see this as the best option to do it,” said Tylis Rust, a a student at Fond du Lac. 

A couple hundred people attended Wednesday’s job fair.
