Old Depot in Superior has New Tenant
The Strength Factory will open in the old depot space in Superior.
A new fitness center looks to flex a little muscle into an old building.
The Strength Factory hopes to open in August in the old railroad depot in Superior.
The facility will offer kettlebell and kickboxing classes as well as a program called Strong Compass.
It’s only in the Twin Ports area and serves combat veterans who may suffer from anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms.
“The building is amazing. We really needed a facility that had enough square footage to advance our programs. With Strong Compass, we want to just for our veterans turn it from a maintenance program into a program that basically allows them to do internships through us,” said owner Kelly Kellar.
To achieve their goal of opening, the Strength Factory is holding an Indiegogo campaign to raise $20,000.
