Donut Chain Expanding to Duluth

A popular coffee and donut chain is preparing to expand in Minnesota – and that includes Duluth.

According to Restaurant Brands International, the company which owns Tim Hortons, they have partnered with a Bloomington firm to bring franchises in Minnesota.

Their agreement will include expansion into the Duluth market and the Twin Cities, among other locations.
