NHL Players Donate Items to Camp Auction

Twin Ports Pro Development Camp Auction Benefits Harrington Fund

Superior natives Brett Olson and Mike Sislo are back in their hometown this week, hosting the Twin Ports Pro Development Camp at Superior’s ice arena.  But there’s more than a camp this week.

There’s also a silent auction featuring memorabilia signed by National Hockey League players.  Anyone wanting to check out the auction, just needs to stop by SAHA during camp hours, but before 3:00 p.m. Thursday.

For Olson, using his connections is worth it for a good cause.

“Mike and I have made some pretty good connections over the years to know some pretty prominent NHL players,” Olson said.  “If people want to get their hands on some good stuff, we have a couple things from Joe Pavelski, J.T. Brown, James van Riemsdyk, just to name a few.”

All the proceeds from the auction will go to SAHA’s Harrington Fund, which helps needy families get their kids into hockey.
