Two of Three Persons of Interest in Recent Florida Nightclub Shooting Released
Three persons of interest identified in Club Blu shooting
Fox News reports that three persons of interest, in the recent nightclub shooting in Fort Myers, Florida, were arrested Tuesday morning. The trio was booked into the Lee County Jail on unrelated charges.
Police have named 19-year-old Demetrius O’Neal, 19-year-old Derrick Church, and 22-year-old Tajze Battle as the persons of interest in the fatal shooting that took place Monday.
The shooting killed 18-year-old Ste’fan Strawder and 14-year-old Sean Archilles.
It has been reported that Battle posted his $3,500 bail Tuesday afternoon for resisting an officer without violence.
O’Neal was also released on a $5,000 bond on charges of resisting an officer without violence.
Church is still being held on $100,000 for charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and fleeing and eluding.
