Dairy Queen Donates Money for a Good Cause

One Dollar Goes to the Children's Miracle Network

It was a perfect day for a sweet treat that was for a sweet cause as Dairy Queen celebrated Miracle Treat Day.

People came from all over the region to buy a blizzard because one dollar of every blizzard sold goes to Children’s Miracle Network hospitals providing medical treatment to those in need.

Last year they raised $300,000 and this year they hope to surpass that number.

Becky Hoist, the Development Associate for Children’s Health Care, said “These funds help but one important thing is the Children’s Miracle Network hospitals will never turn down a patient for treatment.”

This event happens every year on July 28th.
