Duluth Police Officers Read to Kids
Police Chief Shares His Favorite Book
Duluth Police Chief Mike Tusken took some time out of his day to read one of his favorite stories to some community youngsters.
Tusken read “The Giving Tree” as part of the “Squad Car Storytime” down at the Duluth Public Library.
“One of the most important things police do in the community is community outreach, and building relationships,” said Chief Tusken. “It’s very important to build relationships with our smallest people.”
Squad Car Storytime happens every other Wednesday at the library. The next one will be on August 17.
