Kids Got the Chance to Attend a Robotics and Drones Camp

Kids Learn About Engineering and Team Work

It was a fun day for young engineers over at WITC in Superior.

A group of kids started Drones and Robotics Camp on Monday and they have been able to learn about drones and how to fly them.

They also got to build robots and fight them against eachother to see which one was the strongest.

After one lost, the kids would rush back to their tables to fix what was wrong and then they would come back to battle again.

Julien Yung, a student at Duluth East High School, said “I think the kids really like the sumo bots because you get to build them and compete against eachother but I think drones are really fun too.”

The finale of the camp is tomorrow where they will battle their robots once and for all.
