Vice President Joe Biden to Campaign with Rick Nolan at UMD on Friday

Vice President Joe Biden will be joining in the campaign for Congressman Rick Nolan this Friday in Duluth.

The Vice President will be delivering remarks at an event being held at Romano Gym at the University of Minnesota Duluth at 10 a.m.
